Wendy had another family member celebrating a big event.  (Remember the shark cookies?) Her niece just graduated from vet school, and she wanted to acknowledge all her hard work with a congratulatory gift box of yummy treats!

We designed various animal silhouettes on fields of green, punctuated with light pink pearls. These were so stinkin' cute.  Maybe because they had animals.  We do love our animals you know.  ;-D

Packed and shipped to Colorado, along with an assortment of other goodies (oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, caramel and chocolate dipped pretzel rods, delicious spice and cream cheese cake bites)! 

With so much hard work behind her, we hope that the new vet finds some free time to enjoy her goodies.   Congratulations on your accomplishments, from XOXO Cookies!  And thank you for taking care of some of our favorite friends in the world.

We got the most fun request recently, to make a congratulatory gift for someone who just passed the Bar Exam.   Wendy wanted a mixed box of goodies for her nephew, with a few cookies decorated especially for this auspicious occasion.  

We gave it some thought, and came up with a suggestion.  But Wendy had an even better idea, and when she admitted that she thought shark cookies would be a fun idea, we said Game On! 

Treats made for this new member of the Bar included oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, caramel and chocolate dipped pretzel rods, spice and cream cheese flavored cake balls and the widest smiling shark cookies west of the Grand Tetons!

New! We have biodegradable packing pellets accompanying these sharkies!  Now you see it. . .

Now you don't! Ready for shipping to Wyoming, the "State of Equality" - - how appropriate is that for a new lawyer?!

Go Forth and Bee Proud!

Like many other schools this June, Novato High School celebrated the accomplishments of their Senior Class of 2011 last week. 

XOXO Cookies was asked to make some celebratory treats for one of their special graduates. The school mascot is the Hornet so we came up with this design.  

The cookies were being shipped a few hours north, so we wanted them to be a sturdy design. The square background gave the delicate wings extra support, and room for the "N." And we couldn't forget some grad caps! This grad family has much to celebrate this year!

We were asked to decorate some dresses for a bridal shower tea party in Southern California.  We were excited because the dresses are some of our favorite cookies to decorate. 

We love playing dress up with these cookies, fantasizing about the dresses being life sized so we could slip them on and go to our own tea party. 

The final touch are the pearls and these little dresses are ready for their debut!
